1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Webxil services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Services
We provide web, mobile, software, AI, cyber security, design and marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines and milestones are documented in individual project agreements.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, projects require 50% upfront, 25% mid-project and 25% on delivery. Late payments may delay the project and incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Webxil retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to sign NDAs where requested.
6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". Webxil's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed and delivered.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
